We partner with a number of A/V firms across Canada that can just provide equipment or facilitate a major multi-camera production.
Remote speaker integration
We can include speakers at remote locations into the webcast. Where possible, we will test the links in advance and give the participant guidance on background and lighting. We will have a phone link set up if we need to communicate with the speaker during their presentation in case of issues.
Simultaneous interpretation
We regularly provide interpreters and interpretation systems.
Live captioning
We can accommodate live captioning.
Help desk
From the player, the end-user can contact our help desk should they need assistance.

Prior to the event, viewers can test their connection and technology and if they have any issues, contact our helpdesk.
